WHAT'S
YOUR IAQ?
According to Health Canada, Canadians spend nearly 90 per cent of
their day indoors. This is why we are offering you the chance to take
an “IAQ Test” to test the indoor air quality and the overall
health of your home.
The test consists of 15 questions that will
gauge your knowledge level and best practices regarding your home's
indoor air quality.
Responses to the 5-minute, multiple choice
IAQ Test are measured as follows:
Low: 0 - 20;
Average: 21 - 40;
High: 41-60.

While everyone's health can be affected by poor indoor air quality,
people with allergies, asthma or other lung diseases; suppressed
immune systems; contact lens users; and children are most at risk.
Common signs and symptoms resulting from being exposed to poor indoor
air
include headaches, fatigue, and shortness of breath; worsening allergy
and asthma symptoms; sinus congestion, cough, and sneezing; eye,
nose, throat, and skin irritation; and dizziness and nausea.

indoor air quality, please visit our IAQ And Your Health page.
